Local Contacts

In an African context, we have consistently maintained links with our sisters in Zambia and are working towards greater union with them.

We network with other congregations through the CMRS and CMRSW as well as informally. Through our justice commission and ministries, we are in contact with NGO workers, school staffs and other community leaders. Wadzanai Training Centre maintains a strong link with the University of Zimbabwe. Community volunteers contribute to our ministry in Guruve. St Michael’s school is closely linked to the Jesuit-run Hartmann House and St George’s college. Membership of our school boards includes representatives from the judiciary and business. People who have been made poor are our most significant contacts as they inspire, inform and challenge us in our mission in Zimbabwe.
